THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE BELIEVED HER EX-BOYFRIEND HACKED INTO HER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LEXUS OF WESTMINSTER (13590 BEACH BLVD, WESTMINSTER, CA 92683, 714-702-1849) WHERE SHE WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO TAKE APART THE VEHICLE FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE TESTING WOULD BE AT THE CONTACT'S EXPENSE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.
