AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY. WHY? SUBJECT VEHICLE IS 2013 LEXUS RX350 IMAGE #1 & #2 OF SUBJECT VEHICLE WAS CAUSED BY THE IMPACT OF VEHICLE 'A' WHICH CAUSED SUBJECT VEHICLE TO VEER INTO GUARD RAIL. IMAGE #3 IS DAMAGE TO SUBJECT VEHICLE FROM AND COLLUSION INTO GUARD RAIL. VEHICLE 'B' WAS STATIONARY HEADING EAST WITH SIGNAL ON TO MAKE LEFT TURN. VEHICLE 'A' ALSO TRAVELING EAST STRUCK VEHICLE 'B' FROM THE REAR AND SIMULTANEOUSLY STRUCK SUBJECT VEHICLE HEADING WEST CAUSING SUBJECT VEHICLE TO HIT GUARD RAIL. MY WIFE WAS OPERATOR OF SUBJECT VEHICLE. I WATCHED VIDEO OF ACCIDENT.
