Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2023 Toyota Corolla, Corolla Cross, Corolla Cross Hybrid, Highlander, Highlander Hybrid, Tacoma, Lexus RX350, 2023-2024 NX250, and NX350 vehicles that may have been incorrectly repaired under previous NHTSA recall number 23V-480.

I took my vehicle to Lexus of Louisville on 2/2/26 for Recall campaign number: NHTSA 25V744000 (Lexus internal 25LB06. My backup camera does not work at all but I was told my vin is not part of the recall even though my year, make and model is. The 2023 Lexus RX-350 has had complete 12 volt battery failure twice in the last year. The hybrid battery charging procedure for the 12 volt battery is insufficient. Twice I have been stranded. Hi. I noticed my vehicle was randomly making a clunking noise in the rear end. Also, on the highway, it would drift and was difficult to steer. I took it to dealership to be examined because it was still under warranty. They showed me that the driver's side rear trailing arm was disconnected. The bolt was not even there. On at least 7 occasions the driver was TRAPPED inside the vehicle. The car failed to start and the doors and windows locked. If the driver had not had a cell phone to make an emergency call he would have been locked inside until someone discovered the problem. The car battery goes dead when car not used in 14days, or not driven on freeway long enough to top off battery. We've had to jump it for being in a cool garage for a couple of days, and the battery is only 2yrs old. The car needs a stronger battery.

My electronic door handles fail when there is frost and or cold weather

While we were driving, our sunroof just exploded! There was no-one around us. There was a loud bang, glass was flying and the wind was so loud we couldn't hear each other. Spontaneous sunroof glass burst

When removing foot from gas pedal the rpm shoot up to almost 4k instead of switching to EV mode or dropping to 1k rpm’s. This has scared my wife causing her to slam on brakes as she thought throttle was stuck since the rpm’s shot up. This is dangerous. It doesn’t happen all the time and Lexus did duplicate it but said was normal.

Unintended acceleration. After complete stop at signal light behind another car electric motor was keep pushing car forward with feet on break and no feet on accelerator. Car was at complete stop and then after complete stop car started moving so press breaks more harder and car started moving up and down due to electric power pushing car forward and break system trying to stop car.
