THE VEHICLE STARTED SPINNING AND, WHEN IT STOPPED, WAS STRUCK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY.
