TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 LEXUS NX300H. WHILE THE CONTACT'S WIFE WAS DRIVING 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STOPPED WITHOUT THE DRIVER APPLYING THE BRAKES. THE VEHICLE STARTED SPINNING AND, WHEN IT STOPPED, WAS STRUCK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT WAS UNSURE IF ANY WARNING INDICATORS WERE ILLUMINATED PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. THERE WERE NO INJURES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A TOW LOT.
