Premature Injector failure at 33K miles, Lexus would not take responsibility

when someone seats behind the driver, on the left rear seat, many times the seat belt comes loose and the lamp turns on, the audio makes a sound and verbally says to please put on your seat belt. It sometimes takes two to three tries for someone to successfully put on the seat belt. other times the first time works. I bought this car on December of last year, so I'm not sure it it was inspected before that.

While driving on highway 422 my sunroof on my 2020 Lexus 300 nx spontaneous shattered. Glass was everywhere in the car. It sounded like a gunshot. Neither myself or my daughter were hurt. I was on a major interstate (I-495 in Va), driving at a speed of 60 to 65 miles per hour, when my driver side door suddenly opened.
