GOOD DAY GENTLEMEN: THIS REPORT IS CONCERNING A KNOWN, ONGOING AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS PROBLEM WITH LEXUS LC500 CARS FROM 2018 UP TO AND INCLUDING 2025 COUPES AND CONVERTIBLES. i have 2024 lexus lc 500 convertible not alignment gap was big and lexus not go to fix it
The contact owns a 2024 Lexus LC500. The contact stated that the convertible top was leaking. While driving at approximately 70 MPH in the rain, water started to enter the vehicle. The contact stated that the passenger used paper towels and clothing to capture the water. There were no warning lights illuminated.
