I RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE & A RENTAL CAR OPTION WAS MENTIONED. THAT ISN'T ACCEPTABLE WHEN I'M PAYING A CAR NOTE FOR A VEHICLE TO WHICH I CAN NOT FULLY USE.
