THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR ACTUATOR FAILED TO LATCH AND THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR, PASSENGER'S SIDE FRONT DOOR AND REAR DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR FAILED TO UNLOCK WHILE HIS WIFE WAS TRYING TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PARK PLACE LEXUS PLANO (6785 DALLAS PKWY, PLANO, TX 75024, (844) 875-5266) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED AND DETERMINED THAT DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR ACTUATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE HOWEVER, NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 49,800.

THE BACK SEAT OF MY CAR HAS REAR SEAT HEATERS AND THE ENTIRE SEAT ABOVE WHERE THOSE WERE WERE BLACK STICKY GOO. 1. THE CAR WAS PARKED AND OFF WHEN THIS OCCURRED 2. THERE WAS A BAG OF DOG FOOD ON THE SEAT THAT WAS UNSCATHED. 3. LEXUS IS REFUSING TO COVER THE DAMAGE. 4. THE BACKSEAT IS NORMALLY WHERE MY CHILDREN SIT!!... 5. THIS IS A BRAND NEW CAR WITH 5000 MILES ON IT, AND IT WASN'T EVEN RUNNING!! LEXUS DEALER SAID THEY CAN'T OPEN A CLAIM, ONLY ME, SO I DID, THEY SENT AN INSPECTOR, AND DENIED THE CLAIM..I TRIED TO APPEAL AND THEY DENIED THE CLAIM AGAIN..SAYING THEY SENT ME A LETTER STATING WHY BUT WON'T TELL ME OVER THE PHONE OR LET ME SPEAK TO A CLAIMS MANAGER. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A VALVE INSIDE THE BRAKING SYSTEM FAILED. IN ADDITION, THERE WAS A UNKNOWN COMPONENT FOUND IN THE BRAKING SYSTEM CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO LEAK BRAKE FLUID INTERNALLY. THE MECHANIC UNPLUGGED THE CONNECTOR TO THE BRAKING COMPUTER SYSTEM. THE VEHICLE WAS ON LATE NOVEMBER 2014. *TR
