IT APPEARS THAT THROTTLE MUST HAVE STUCK CLOSE TO MAXIMUM ACCELERATION AS CAR CLIMBED UP A 10-12 FOOT EMBANKMENT AND HIT NEIGHBORS BRICK FRONT STEPS WITH SUCH FORCE IT PICKED REAR WHEELS RIGHT OFF THE GROUND.
