THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. LAND ROVER HONOLULU (888 KAPIOLANI BLVD, HONOLULU, HI) STATED THAT THEY COULD NOT COMPROMISE; THEREFORE, THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.
