THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THERE WAS FIRE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES REPORTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. "O" RINGS IN THE 3RD INJECTOR ON THE LEFT BANK FAILED, CAUSING GAS TO LEAK OVER VALVE COVER AND BACKSIDE OF AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR AND SPRAY UNTO THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT, CAUSING A FIRE. *AK
WHEN GOING FROM PARK TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED OUT OF CONTROL. WENT INTO GARAGE, PUSHED THE WALL AWAY THEN THE CAR WAS PUT IN REVERSE STILL ACCELERATING; THE IGNITION WAS TURNED OFF, PUT IN PARK, THEN IT ROLLED BACKWARDS 12 FEET BY ITSELF. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. *AK
