HE ALSO STATED THAT HE COULD NOT TURN THE STEERING WHEEL, ALTHOUGH THE WHEELS WOULD TURN. AS OF SEPTEMBER 26, 2007, THE DEALER HAD NOT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 155,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 161,983.
