Tread of the tire delaminated, similar to what a recap would do. This happened at 43,476 miles +or- the first time. This incident occurred In Anton, Texas. My driver got stopped safely and the tire was still inflated. Moved the truck about a 100 yards to be in safer spot and the tire then went flat. Driver seat back is defective and will not support driver properly. The seat back will bend and twist if pressure is applied to it.
