THE CONTACT OPENED THE PANELING AND NOTICED THAT THE WIRES AND VARIOUS COMPONENTS WERE MELTED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE GROUND WIRING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND FURTHER INSPECTION WAS REQUIRED TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
