THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT WOULD NOT LATCH, LEAVING THE DRIVER WITHOUT PROPER PROTECTION WHILE DRIVING. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED AND THEY INFORMED THE CONSUMER THAT THE SEAT BELTS WERE NOT COVERED UNDER A SEAT BELT RECALL. *AK OTHER OWNER'S AND SERVICE PERSONS SUGGESTED THAT THIS WAS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS MAKE/MODEL. THE BUCKLES WOULD LOSE STRENGTH AND WOULD NOT REMAIN BUCKLED. (UNABLE TO FIND THE REPLACEMENT DUE TO DEMAND) *SC *JB
