The power liftgate would start to close unexpectedly. At first, we would hit the button and it would stop closing, but this did not stop it recently and the door did not stop closing. If I had not been a 200lb man, it would have killed me. I had to force the door up to stop it and broke the piston. Had I been smaller, I don’t know what would have happened. My neck and back were injured from the force of it attempting to close on me without stopping

Since I bought the vehicle in February 2025 I have reported the infotainment screen failure/ going black while driving. I immediately reported it to my salesman and had it assessed by my local dealership as well about it. They told me it was up to date and they could not find any codes and sent me on my way. Shortly after I realized the auto start/stop wouldn't engage and I also encountered a random subwoofer boom upon starting my vehicle at times.
