Touch screen display "blacks" out. Screen goes completely blank for a few moments then returns to normal. Has been ongoing for a few years but dealership can't find anything wrong. Now it happened while I reversing so I couldn't use/see back up camera angle. Other similar jeep models made the recall but not mine.
When driveing the jeep it just stop pulling,just driveing in traffic I'm so scared we gonna get Hurt or killed,drove jeep to my daughter house,spent the night next morning getting ready to leave truck wouldn't move,suspension just popped so loud,we kept twisting the button to neutral to drive,before the jeep will move again got on the highway going down highway jeep stop pulling again I just bought this truck in December of 2025,taken it to Parker McGill in starkville twice,they can't find nothing wrong when traveling.and the truck go over 6000rpm will not move,this dangerous on the highway,for my family,im really scared,this is a safety issue,

This is available for inspection if needed. We bought this car because of the collision warning and braking system safety features and none of them work. This puts our safety at risk. The dealer has updated the system but unfortunately it was only a temporary fix. The jeep dealer confirmed the issue and states there is no permanent fix for the issues. It first appeared in July and has been ongoing.

Randomly, and without warning, the instruments, gauges, and displays will switch into a language I do not speak or understand (Italian). Coinciding with the switch to Italian language, cluster and radio display settings revert back to default settings, auto door locks and paddle shifter becomes inoperative (with no menu to enable), pedestrian emergency brake (peb) lamp or forward collision warning (fcw) lamp turns on with no way to disable, units of measurement including speed, temperature, etc. all change, and many other random settings change as well. ***This is clearly a dangerous situation because of all the functions and gauges that change, and the fact it is difficult if not impossible to recover from this due to the language of the setting menus, and the complexity of discovering and navigating through all these changes. I have taken it to the dealer twice, and they say there is nothing they can do and to wait for a possible software update, but none has come and it has been ove

On Friday, January 16, 2026, I was involved in a head-on collision. During the accident, the airbags did not deploy, and the seatbelt failed to lock, which resulted in me not being properly restrained. As a result, I suffered a mild concussion along with significant bruising. In addition to this serious safety concern, we have made numerous complaints regarding ongoing electrical issues with the vehicle. These include the screens frequently changing languages and measurement units, blacking out entirely, or becoming unresponsive. The paddle shifters have also never functioned properly, despite the vehicle being serviced multiple times for this issue. What is especially concerning is that these same problems are widely reported by other Jeep owners online, yet they continue to go uninvestigated and unresolved. Given the safety implications, these issues warrant immediate attention.

There is an âthumpingâ noise in my dash of my vehicle, as well as a rocking sensation after coming to a stop. I took it to the dealership where they replicated it and determined it to be motor mounts that had failed. It is available if it needs to be inspected by a jeep field inspector. As those motor mounts get worse it could cause major safety issues for motorists I am around at the time of failure and myself alike. No warning lights have came on stating there is an issue.

I am US military stationed in Belgium. There are several Jeep dealerships within a 100 mile radius, but none of them will remedy the recalls on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. VIN: [XXX] Recall #1: Summary An incorrectly installed rear coil spring may detach from the vehicle while driving. Safety Risk Rear coil springs that detach from the vehicle while driving may result in a hazard to operators and occupants of other vehicles which can cause such vehicles to crash without prior warning and/or may result in injury to vulnerable road users. Remedy FCA US will conduct a voluntary safety recall on all affected vehicles to inspect and, if necessary, repair the rear coil spring assembly. Recall #2: Summary A damaged pinch bolt may break and result in the loss of clamp load between the UCA ball joint and the knuckle. Safety Risk A loss of clamp load may result in the UCA separating from the knuckle and the wheel falling outboard, which can cause a vehicle crash without prior warning.
