I was driving and wrecked into a sign because I was unable to stop and the vehicle caught on fire under the hood.

I was pulling into the gas station to get some gas. I'm used to use a 2-ft drive so what I could not lift my left foot to put pressure on the brake I used my right foot. It slipped off the brake and after the accelerator and I hit a small Pole stopping me from going into the gas station front door. Just could have been raised up to a work accident I had a couple weeks prior.

I HAD GOTTEN UP TO TAKE A RIDE TO THE STORE AND THE DAY BEFORE I DIDN'T SEE ANY SMOKE. BUT BEFORE I MADE IT TO MY STOP SIGN THERE WAS SMOKE ROLLING AT MY DRIVER DOOR SO I RUSHED BACK TO THE HOUSE AND COULDN'T EVEN OPEN MY DOOR.
