TREAD SEPARATION OF A FIRESTONE TIRE ON 1993 PU THAT CAUSED PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO BODY OF TRUCK. WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGED TIRE THAT WAS UNDER WARRANTY, THAT WE WERE NEVER TOLD BY THE TECHNICIAN AT THE RETAIL STORE, WAS NOT COVERED UNTIL WE SENT DAMAGED TIRE IN TO BRIDGESTONE/FIRESTONE FOR INSPECTION AND THEY DENIED THE CLAIM. BUT TECHNICIAN THAT REPLACED TIRE DID NOT TELL US THERE WAS A PROBLEM, HE WASNT GOING TO CHARGE US FOR THE TIRE AT FIRST, THEN DID BECAUSE HE FELT WE WOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK AFTER THE INSPECTION. NOW WE HAVE OVER $1000.00 WORTH OF DAMAGED PROPERTY AND HAD TO PAY FOR NEW TIRE AND SENDING OLD TIRE IN FOR INSPECTION, WHICH COSTS OVER $30.00 AND RECEIVED NO COMPENSATION FOR ANY OF THIS. *AK
