TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 ISUZU NPR TRUCK. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH THE FAN SHROUD RING IN THE MOTOR BROKE AND BECAME CAUGHT WITHIN THE MOTOR FAN CAUSING IT TO FAIL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS STATED THE FAILURE WAS NOT RECALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILES WERE 158,000.
