STARTING AT AROUND 55K MILES, MY ISUZU 99 TROOPER HAS STARTED BURNING AROUND 1QT OF OIL PER 600-700 MILES. THIS CAUSES EXCESS WEAR ON THE ENGINE AND MOST DRIVERS HAVE EXPERIENCED SEIZED ENGINES DUE TO THIS PROBLEM.. ISUZU HAS KNOWN ABOUT THIS PROBLEM SINCE 2000 AND REDESIGNED THE RINGS ON THE PISTONS BUT DID NOT NOTIFY CUSTOMERS OR HELP OWNERS WHEN REPAIRS ARE REQUIRED. *JB

WHEN MY BROTHER PURCHASED HIS ISUZU VEHICROSS IN 2000 HE HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE WINDOWS AND HAD ALWAYS TRIED TO FIX THEM BUT NOTHING SEEM TO WORK. HE ALSO TOOK IT TO THE DEALER TO GET IT FIXED AND NOTHING WAS EVER REPAIRED. NOW I OWN THE VEHICLE AND EVERYTHING THING I HAVE TRIED DOES NOT SEEM TO WORK. BETWEEN MY AND MY BROTHER WE HAVE SPENT ABOUT $1000+ TRYING TO FIX THIS MATTER AND NOTHING HAS WORKED.*AK
