TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 INTERNATIONAL TERRASTAR. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY RATE OF SPEED, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL BECAME STUCK WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT HAD TO MANEUVER THE PEDAL, TURN OFF THE VEHICLE, TURN THE VEHICLE BACK ON AND, AT TIMES, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESTART. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND PROVIDED NO SOLUTION. THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER FOR REPAIRS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
