Cracks developing on all 19 units, International HV613 chassis, 2020 model year. The seat bases for both driver and passenger sides in the cabin are the National Seating model Capitan or # 2000 type seats which are developing cracks starting at the front of the junction of seat base with its base plate, and then extending back ward on one side or at times both side of the base. Base plate is only 14 gauge steel, and is stitch-welded in 12 inches total length (out of 28" perimeter of the base), and only on the inside part. Also, another 10" inches of this perimeter is left open for a tongue and groove style of fitting of the base inside the base plate which has substantially reduced the strenght of the seat at its base.
