TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2016 INFINITI QX70. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, A VEHICLE RAN A STOP SIGN AND CAUSED THE CONTACT TO CRASH HEAD ON INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED HEADACHES, INJURIES TO THE STERNUM, AND BRUISING ALIGNED WITH THE SEAT BELT. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NOT RECEIVED.
