On Jan 11, 2023 my infiniti qx60 hybrid AWD that I purchased with Premium and Technology packages that includes forward Collison warning (FCW) and intelligent braking system (IBS) failed to work. I got no warning and/or my emergency brake was applied by these systems that I paid high dollars for. I had to apply the hard braking myself to try stop my car from collision but it was too late and ended up rear ending someone in multi car chain accident. MY WIFE SAYS SHE HAD THIS SYSTEM TURNED ON AND AS PER WITNESS, MY WIFE WENT INTO OTHER LANE AND HIT THE ROAD SIGN(WHICH WAS THERE TO DIVERT TRAFFIC). IF THE SYSTEM WERE WORKING, IT WOULD HAVE PREVENTED DRIFTING TO ANOTHER LANE AND ALSO HAVE PREVENTED FRONTAL COLLISION. MY CAR WAS HIT AT FRONT CORNER DRIVE SIDE SO I THINK IT MUST HAVE SOME DEFECT WHERE ITS IGNORING CORNERS. IT WAS LOCAL STRE
