WHEN SEAT BELT IS FASTENED, THE SHOULDER HARNESS RUBS YOUR NECK WHILE DRIVING, SO IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT I BELIEVE THE SHOULDER HARNESS WILL CUT AND INJURE THE DRIVERS NECK.
