TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 INFINITI M37. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HOOK THAT HELD THE FLOOR MAT IN PLACE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE WAS NOT STABLE. THE FLOOR MAT BECAME LOOSE AND CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO ACCELERATE ERRONEOUSLY, RESULTING IN A CRASH. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. I WAS TRYING TO ACCELERATE FROM OFF AN ON RAMP ONTO A HIGHWAY AND THE CAR COMPLETELY HESITATED. THE TRANSMISSION TOOK A GOOD TWO SECONDS TO ACCELERATE AND GET INTO A SAFE POSITION TO PASS, WHEN I WAS STRUCK FROM BEHIND BY A CAR IN THE SLOW LANE. I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT BEFORE ABOUT THIS SAME ISSUE AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I HAVE ALREADY SENT MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY RESET THE TCM, BUT IT DID NOTHING.
