IN THEIR DEFENSE, THE FOLKS AT THE DEALERESHIP ARE PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. THE JUMP IS SOMEWHAT INCONSISTENT (LET'S SAY 50 PERCENT OF THE TIME), BUT VERY INTRUSIVE ~ MUCH LIKE SOMEONE LETTING OUT A MANUAL CLUTCH TOO QUICKLY. I DRIVE THIS CAR VERY LITTLE AS A RESULT OF THIS PROBLEM.
