TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 INFINITI FX35. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR LATCH ON THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR CEASED AND WAS UNABLE TO BE OPENED FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A DESIGN FLAW ON THE DOOR WHICH CAUSED THE DEFECT. NOW THE OIL IS COMPLETELY EMPTY WITHIN 2 WEEKS. AND I'M CONSTANTLY PUTTING GAS AND IT'S LIKE THE GAGE DOESN'T WORK. BECAUSE SOMETIMES IT'S COMPLETELY FULL AND THE GAGE WILL READ HALF TANK. NOW IT'S GIVING ME ANOTHER CODE AND SAYING THERE IS A MISFIRE. IF I TURN THE AC ON THE SHAKING IS WORSE AND IT SMELLS HORRIBLE.

THERE WERE TIMES THAT WE HAD OUR 7 MONTHS OLD DAUGHTER ON THAT SIDE AND WE COULDN'T OPEN THE DOOR. WE CAN HEAR IT CLICKS BUT NOT OPENING. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD ESPECIALLY IF ALL DOORS CAN'T BE OPEN BECAUSE OF THE FAULTY ACTUATORS!
