ENGINE ROARS PERIODICALLY WHEN I HIT THE BRAKES. CAR SAFETY PROBLEM: GAS PEDAL TOO HIGH. WHEN DEPRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL, SIDE OF FOOT CAN CONCURRENTLY DEPRESS THE GAS PEDAL, CAUSING CAR TO LURCH FORWARD.
