The vehicle was taken dealer where it was determined that the charging actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred. The contact stated that the vehicle was not retaining the charge. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 9,000.

Driving along the highway at highway speed, the sunroof exploded over our head. The glass blew outward from the center of the sunroof. There was nothing the hit the glass.
