The contact owns a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid. The contact stated while attempting to start the vehicle, there was an abnormal ticking sound coming from the engine. The local dealer was contacted. The vehicle was taken dealer where it was determined that the charging actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred. The contact stated that the vehicle was not retaining the charge. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 9,

Driving along the highway at highway speed, the sunroof exploded over our head. The glass blew outward from the center of the sunroof. There was nothing the hit the glass.

The contact owns a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq. The contact stated that upon parking and exiting the vehicle, he plugged in at the charging port, at which point the vehicle accelerated independently. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 45,000.
