I EXPLAINED THE DETAILS OF THE PROBLEMS TO THE STORE MANAGER. I ALSO TOLD HIM OF THE SAFETY RECALL WHICH WAS NOT DONE PRIOR TO MY PURCHASING THE ATV. UNBEKNOWNST TO ME, I DROVE THE ATV WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF A TIE ROD MALFUNCTIONING, POTENTIALLY CAUSING INJURY OR DEATH.
