DEALER SAID THAT CONSUMER NEEDED TO "REKIT" THE CARBURETOR WITH RICHARD JET NEEDLES. DEALER COULD NOT MODIFY CARBURETOR DUE TO EPA STANDARDS. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION.*AK
