THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT CALL BACK. THE CONTACT WROTE A LETTER TO THE MANUFACTURER AND RECEIVED A RESPONSE, WHICH STATED THAT THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED SINCE THE VEHICLE BURNED COMPLETELY.
