I RUN 42PSI IN THE TIRE, RIDE TWO UP MOST OF THE TIME (RIDER=230LBS, PASSENGER=140LBS, MINIMAL GEAR IN THE BAGS). TIRE PRESSURE AND TIRE CONDITION ARE CHECKED BEFORE EVERY RIDE WITH MULTIPLE CHECKS OF TIRE CONDITION DURING THE RIDE. INFO ABOUT TIRE: MADE IN FRANCE, T1-ML58395,75R-0004274, B1-ML58396, DOT DKCJ 011M 1008. 2. NOTICED SLIGHT "BUMPING" FROM FRONT TIRE AT SLOW SPEED (APPROX. 35MPH), CHECKED TIRE AND FOUND A BUBBLE APPROX. THE SIZE OF HALF A TENNIS BALL IN THE CENTER OF TREAD. AFTER TIRE WAS REMOVED, THERE WAS A 4 INCH SPLIT WITH CORDS/BELTS EXPOSED. 3. HAD A NEW TIRE (SAME AS DESCRIBED ABOVE) DELIVERED 100 MILES TO MY LOCATION AND WAS CHANGED IN A DRIVEWAY BY MYSELF AND ANOTHER RIDER. OLD TIRE IS AVAILABLE. *TR

THE BIKE WAS SCRATCHED BADLY ON ITS LEFT SIDE, THE RIGHT MIRROR WA BROKEN AND THE RUBBER BUMPER FOR THE ENGINE WAS SQUASHED. THE CONSUMER INQUIRED ABOUT TRADING THE BIKE, BUT WAS TOLD AN INSPECTION WOULD HAVE TO BE PERFORMED. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THE BACK WHEEL WAS BENT AND IT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. *JB

WHEN APPLYING GREATER THAN 50% THROTTLE THE ENGINE CUTS TO 1/2 POWER NEAR 6000 RPM. IT ALSO LOSES THE IDLE AFTER 15-30 SECONDS CAUSING THE ENGINE TO DIE. THIS IS VERY CONSISTENT AND HAPPENS DAILY ONCE THE ENGINE HAS REACHED OPERATING TEMPERATURE. *TR
