THE DEALER INDICATED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE HAD A 3 MONTH WARRANTY WITH HIM AND A 6 MONTH WARRANTY WITH THE ROKETA MANUFACTURER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. THE MOTORCYCLE ONLY HAS 27 MILES OF STREET RIDING AND SINCE THE VERY FIRST DAY OF PURCHASE, THE GEARS COULD BE SHIFTED FROM FIFTH TO FIRST GEAR WHILE IT WAS BEING OPERATED. THE MECHANICAL CONDITION THAT EXISTS ON THIS MOTORCYCLE IS VERY UNSAFE AND I BELIEVE THESE TYPE OF MOTORCYCLES SHOULD BE INSPECTED AND / OR RECALLED. EVERYTIME I CONTACT THE ROKETA MANUFACTURER TO DISCUSS THIS CONDITION, I AM
