2022 Passport was driven from Indianapolis IN to Naperville IL on the evening of Jan 24th experiencing snowy and freezing conditions. Car was left overnight outside and would not start on the morning of the 25th. Warning lights displayed were battery and flashing engine light, one click on start up but no other noises. Auto has a known defect with headlight condensation ,Honda put out a bulletin sb 23-024 Stating they are aware of this issue.Vehicle had this problem at 38000 miles just outside Their standard 3 year 36000 mile warranty. To repair this Honda dealer stated a price of $1400.00 ,which is a lot of money ,my concern is that failure to fix will lead to other headlight Issues such as burned out bulbs and harness corrosion. Not to mention adding to dim light poor visibility

At speeds above 55 mph, car will make a noise like paper being torn, followed by a loss of throttle response. This lasts for 3 to 5 seconds, then everything returns to normal.
