CONSUMER EXPERIENCED A SHOCKING FEELING WHEN GETTING IN AND OUT OF THE VEHICLE. CONSUMER STOPPED FOR GAS AND PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD. WHEN CONSUMER OPENED THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR , AGAIN SHE WAS SHOCKED. CONSUMER WAS ALSO PUTTING THE GAS CAP BACK ON TO THE VEHICLE, AND AGAIN SHE WAS SHOCKED. WHEN TWISTING THE CAP CONSUMER SAW ORANGE AND RED COMING FROM BEHIND THE NOZZLE. CONSUMER THEN REMOVED THE CAP, AND THE GAS CAP WAS ON FIRE IN CONSUMER'S HAND, AND FIRE WAS COMING OUT OF THE GAS TANK. CONSUMER TRIED NOT TO PANIC AND BLEW OUT THE FLAME ON THE GAS CAP, AND BEGAN SCREAMING FOR HELP. A NEIGHBOR CAME BY AND ASSISTED IN BLOWING OUT THE FLAMES. *AK
