Hello, My 2015 Grom has a recall and it was never done according to the Vin number. What can I do?
The contact owns a 2015 Honda Grom125 Motorcycle. The contact stated while riding approximately 50 MPH, the motorcycle stalled. The contact stated that the motorcycle was restarted while coasting. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that the failure became a recurring failure and that the motorcycle would not restart as needed. The contact had the motorcycle towed to his residence. The contact had not taken the motorcycle to a local dealer or independent mechanic. The motorcycle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The contact researched online and related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 16V661000 (Fuel System, Gasoline). The contact stated that his motorcycle should have been included in the recall. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.
