CONSUMER COMPLAINT REGARDING FAILURE TO REPAIR RECALL ON 2005 HONDA FOURTRAX. *TS RUST RESIDUE WAS FOUND ON THE PLASTIC BODY BEFORE THE CONSUMER PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS CLEANED, BUT LATER WHEN THE CONSUMER HAD TAKEN OWNERSHIP, HE VIEWED RUST POURING OUT OF THE REAR RACK TUBING. ON ANOTHER OCCASION THE ENGINE HAD BECOME NOISY AND STARTED INTERMITTENTLY RINGING AND OR PINGING AT IDLE. THE CONSUMER LATER NOTICED AN OIL LEAK. THE LEAK DRIPPED ON THE RIGHT SIDE. THE CONSUMER ALSO NOTICED THAT THERE WAS RUST IN SEVERAL WELDS ON THE ATV. THE MANAGER AT HONDA DEEMED THE PROBLEM AS COSMETIC CORROSION ON THE ENGINE. *SC
