I received a safety recall notice that states that Honda will be replacing the fuel pump due to "improper production". Honda is refusing to replace the fuel pump. They are now stating that they only need to test the pump even though the recall is very clear that it is to be replaced.

The back up camera becomes blurred or unusable in rain and is worse after drying. This is not momentary water droplets. I spoke with NTSA and their reply was based solely on the owner’s manual, despite ongoing loss of rear visibility in wet conditions. Pulled into a parking lot and made a turn. While coasting at low speed (5-10mph) searching for a parking spot vehicle all of a sudden started to accelerate.

When pulling slowly into a parking spot, engaged the brake and the vehicle suddenly accelerated, causing a collision into a brick pillar. Injury to driver occurred.
