TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AS HE WAS COMING TO A STOP ON THE HIGHWAY DUE TO TRAFFIC, HE WAS REAR ENDED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY UPON IMPACT. THE OTHER DRIVER IMMEDIATELY FLED THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE TO A LOCAL HOSPITAL TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR THEIR INJURIES.
