ON AUGUST 20, 2008 I TOOK MY BRAND NEW MOTOR SCOOTER Q LINK SIENNA 150 - 2008 (3 MILES MILEAGE) FOR A SHORT RIDE. WITHIN FIVE MINUTES OF DRIVING THIS VEHICLE I HAD WHAT I FOUND OUT TO BE A "TANK SLAPPER" - WOBBLE WHEEL ACCIDENT. NEVER HAD I OR MY INSURANCE COMPANY BEEN AWARE THIS LIFE THREATENING ACCIDENT COULD OCCUR. I FOUND OUT FROM THE SERVICE MANAGE OF MONTGOMERY CYCLE WHERE I PURCHASED THE SCOOTER, AFTER GIVING HIM ALL THE DETAILS HE SAID IT SOUNDED LIKE I HAD A "TANK SLAPPER", AND INDEED I DID. MY MAJOR CONCERN IS THE LACK OF FULL AND FAIR DISCLOSURE AND LACK OF EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY UPON PURCHASE, HAD NOT BEEN MADE TO ME. HAD I BEEN AWARE THIS WAS A "CHARACTERISTIC" OF A MOTORCYCLE AND/OR MOTOR SCOOTER, I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION AND WITH GAS PRICES CAUSING THE SALE OF MOTOR SCOOTERS TO RAPIDLY RISE, THERE MOST BE MORE REGULATIONS AND INFORMED LANGUAGE BEFORE THE PURCHASE OF THESE VEHICLES. I WAS LUCKY TO HAVE
