The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with power steering control module (PSCM) failure. The contact was informed that the power steering control module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact referenced an unknown recall; however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 55,000. The VIN was unavailable.
