EXCESSIVE FRONT BRAKE BIAS: CAUSES LOCKED FRONT TIRES, INCREASED STOPPING DISTANCE, AND WARPED FRONT ROTORS. THE EXCESSIVE STOPPING DISTANCE HAS RESULTED IN TWO ACCIDENTS.
