DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRAVELING IN THE RAIN AT 12 MPH THE BRAKES LOCKED CAUSING AN ACCIDENT. THE CONTACT WAS THROWN OVER THE HANDLEBARS AND STRUCK BY THE AIRBORNE VEHICLE, THE POLICE TOOK A REPORT AT THE SCENE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY A LOCAL SERVICE DEALER. THE CONSUMER STATED WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO APPLY THE BRAKES ON THE MOTORCYCLE, IN LIGHT RAIN, THE BRAKES LOCKED AND THE SCOOTER TURNED ONTO THE LEFT SIDE AND DRAGGED THE CONSUMER TO THE PAVEMENT.
