TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1983 HONDA C70 PASSPORT MOTORCYCLE. THE INFORMATION LISTED ON THE TIRE IS INOUE RUBBER INDUSTRY LIMITED, IRC, THE MODEL INOUE NF3, SIZE 2.25-17 33L MADE IN JAPAN. THE DOT NUMBER IS CJXV UFC0605. WHILE CLEANING THE TIRES HE OBSERVED THAT THE SIDEWALLS WERE CRACKED AND LOOKED AS IF THEY WERE OLD ALTHOUGH THEY WERE BRAND NEW. THE TIRES ARE BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT TIRES PURCHASED APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS AGO. THE TIRE DEALER STATED THAT THEY WOULD GIVE HIM NEW TIRES AND MOUNT THEM. THE CURRENT TIRE MILEAGE WAS 100 MILES.
