I DO NOT REMEMBER THE EXACT DATE OR MILEAGE BUT AM FAIRLY CLOSE. I WAS TOLD BY SIMS THAT THIS WAS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH '92 ACCORDS--THE DOOR LATCH REFUSES TO OPEN AND HAS TO BE DRILLED COSTING $520. I WAS CARRYING A 5 GAL CAN OF GAS THAT I HEARD TIP IN THE TRUNK. I WAS AT A STOP LIGHT AND WENT TO HOP OUT FAST TO CHECK BUT COULD NOT GET OUT. I CALLED HONDA AGAIN AND ASKED IF THERE WAS A RECALL. AGAIN THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AND IT WAS A COMMON PROBLEM. I HAVE INJURED MY KNEES AND DIS

THE VEHICLE WAS IN PARK POSITION THEN PLACED IN REVERSE AND VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED, RESULTING IN A CRASH WITH TWO OTHER VEHICLES. WHEN THE DRIVER HAD TURNED THE CAR ON, THE MOTOR WAS RACING HIGH, THE GEARS WERE DIFFICULT TO SHIFT, AND THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED THE ENTIRE TIME. *AK *ML
