CONSUMER STATED THAT HER VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE. ALSO, SHE WAS TOLD THAT THE BRAKE LIGHT IN THE BACK WINDOW SHORTED OUT. THIS CAUSED A WIRE TO IGNITE AND THERE WERE FLAMES AND BLACK SMOKE. THE INTENSE HEAT CAUSED THE REAR WINDSHIELD TO EXPLODE. PLEASE HELP AS SHE STATES SHE NEEDS HELP TO REPAIR VEHICLE. *LA
MY DAUGHTER WAS HIT HEAD-ON AND HER BODY SLAMMED AGAINST THE STEERING WHEEL. SHE WAS WEARING BOTH THE LAP AND AUTOMATIC SHOULDER BELT. APPARENTLY THE LOCKING MECHANISM DID NOT WORK ON THE SHOULDER BELT.

THE CONSUMER HAD ENGINE TROUBLE. THE VEHICLE STARTED TO SMOKE AND HAD BECOME ENGULFED IN FLAMES. *PH *SC
WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 55MPH THE SQUARE LATCH ATTACHED TO THE HOOD BROKE. THE HOOD FLEW UP BREAKING BOTH THE WINDSHIELD AND SUN ROOF AND DAMAGING THE HOOD. *AK
VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A 20-25 MPH REAR END COLLISION IN WHICH AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. PLEASE GIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS.*AK

CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN A 65 MPH FRONTAL COLLISION IN WHICH DRIVER'S AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. CAUSE UNKNOWN. PLEASE GIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
I WAS PARKING CAR, BRAKING AS I ENTERED SPOT WHEN CAR SUDDENLY SURGED FORWARD, JUMPING A CONCRETE PARKING CURB AND SLAMMING INTO A CONCRETE BLOCK WALL. BRAKING DID NOT SLOW CAR. CAR WAS STOPPED BY STEEL THREADS IN WALL, ALTHOUGH WHEELS CONTINUED TO SPIN UNTIL IGNITION WAS TURNED OFF. ALL ELECTRICAL (SEAT BELT, LIGHTS,ETC.) WAS NON-FUNCTIONAL AFTER IGNITION TURNED OFF. *AK
VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN GARAGE. ABOUT FOUR HOURS LATER, WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 200 YARDS, A BURNING SMELL THEN FUMES APPEARED. WHEN HOOD WAS OPENED THE CONSUMER SAW FLAMES. ALTERNATOR, POSSIBLY WIRING HARNESS SYSTEM DEFECT, CAUSED THE FIRE. DEALER CANNOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *AK
