VEHICLE WAS SHUT OFF WHEN CONSUMER'S CHILD SHIFTED THE GEAR SHIFT FROM PARK INTO DRIVE. THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO DRIFT DOWN ON THE ROAD AND HIT A PARKED VEHICLE. *AK THE NEW IGNITION SYSTEM DID NOT ALLOW THE CONSUMER TO TURN THE KEY TOWARD THE DRIVER FOR ACCESSORY USE WHEN THE ENGINE WAS OFF AND IN PARK.
